A great depth of flavour, with a wonderfully fresh juniper, lemony bite with deeper earthy notes. It has a slight sweetness with extraordinary concentration and complexity. No single botanical dominates the overall flavour.

Ideally proportioned and versatile at the bar.  Wine Enthusiast 96 points (Aug 2007) The full bodied, spicy aroma offers delicate notes of juniper berry oil, citrus, orris, coriander and caraway seed.
