Little Boomey Chardonnay Chardonnay Vineyard Information Little Boomey Chardonnay wine is sourced from vineyards in South Australia. Winemaking The wine was cold fermented with neutral yeast to retain fresh fruit aromas and enhanced with a touch of French Oak. It is 100% non-malolactic to maintain natural fruit acidity. Winemaking Notes This delicious Chardonnay has tangerine, apricot and melon flavors, with a touch of tropical fruit. It has a smooth, crisp finish and a medium body. It’s a real beaut with seafood, chicken, veal, pork or light pastas.
