Tasting notes

Pale yellow in color with greenish reflections. Thenose recalls acacia flowers and the delicate scent of almonds. Clean and refreshing on the palate with hints of linden and honey. Recommended with risotto dishes and grilled white meats.

Production area: Mulinat & Lehen - located 800-1,600 ft. above sea level, with South/Southwest exposure and a stoney and clayey soil composition Vineyard characteristics: 330 acres planted in 1965/1985 with a density of 1,600-2,000 vines per acre. The vines are planted in the Pergola Trentina/Casarsa/Guyot method and yield 6.6 tons per acre.
